These two exercises are great to SMASH your pecs and triceps fast.
Bigger, stronger pecs and arms for guys at any age are ALWAYS appealing. Now getting stronger doesn't just come from isolation training, they come from doing total domination complex circuits.
BUT....on days when you want to BLAST the muscles fast because you're short on time, need a FINISHER and that's why Brian whipped this video together to give you the best chest and triceps workout. Use these either as a quick workout or top off your chest and arm day workout, this routine will treat you right!
These pec & arm exercises are not designed for heavy weights. This is purely for a pump with lots of reps and light to moderate weight so be smart about the weights you choose making sure you don't fatigue too soon or take too long to finish.
